Description

This tall, flat-crowned casque-style hat is covered entirely in swirls of dyed red, yellow, black and naturally colored feathers, possibly pheasant or chicken. The bucket-style shape has a narrow, down-turned brim, also covered in dyed red feathers. The base is formed from doubled layers of honeycomb nylon mesh. The base of the crown interior and brim are finished with red grosgrain ribbon.
