Description

A woman's silk bonnet with quilted tubes on the head and peplum trim at the neck, the fabric is a deep teal-blue with greenish yellow curley stripes; the deeper part of the inside cap has an off-white cotton, it is all stuffed with a cotton filling; and old pale-green ribbon tie is torn off at the tops.
