Blue and white daisy patterned ankle length women's dress with elbow length sleeves and lace trimmings. The sleeves are decorated with a thick border of ruffled lace and an embroidered banding. The shoulders have two darts that run to the chest. The v-shaped neckline is lined with a yolk-shaped lace collar with extra ruffling and a circular shaped floral motif on the bottom right flap of the collar. There is also horizontal embroidery banding on the flap of lace. There are pin holes where the two neckline flaps were pinned together. The waist has a straight seam and a belt that was attached at the front with a pin or brooch and still has holes on both ends. There are partial princess seams originating from hip level, but do not meet at the center. Extending down from these seams are three darts on each side, which end in pleats. On the left side seam at the waist is a large opening with eight snap closures. The back of the sleeves have continued lace ruffles and embroidered banding, which create a thick borders. The back of the collar is continued from the front with a lace ruffle and five darts on the lace at the nape of the neck. On the middle upper back are also five darts. There is a blue thread belt loop on the left side next to the opening. The belt is sewn at the waistline in three places. There are partial princess seams that do not meet in the middle extending from each side at about hip level. Extending down from these seams are three darts on each side, which then turn into pleats.
