Thank you for supporting our education programs

We couldn’t do it without you

As we embark on a new school year, Historic New England would like to thank the many funders who help us provide education programs at area schools and our historic sites.

We received support from The Barnes Foundation (Conn.), Sam L. Cohen Foundation, Christensen-Dunn Early Foundations Fund, Institution for Savings Charitable Foundation, Massachusetts Cultural Council and the Quincy Arts Council, Massachusetts Society of the Cincinnati, Prince Charitable Trusts, Rhode Island Council for the Humanities and the National Endowment for the Humanities, and Mary L. McKenny Fund of the Toledo Community Foundation.

How your support helps

That support helped more than 45,000 students in nearly 200 communities this past school year. Historic New England offered more than fifty different school programs at thirteen historic sites: Arnold House, Casey Farm, Castle Tucker, Coffin House, Eustis Estate, Hamilton House, Sarah Orne Jewett House Museum and Visitor Center, Nickels-Sortwell House, Otis House, Pierce House, Quincy House, Roseland Cottage, and Spencer-Peirce-Little Farm.

Many, many thanks to all who support our school and youth programs.
