Visit the Eustis Estate in Milton, Mass., from December 1 through December 31, and experience the mansion decorated as it would have been in 1878, complete with a twelve-foot Christmas tree, garlands, and other festive decorations.

Plants make wonderful gifts. The Lyman Estate Greenhouses in Waltham, Mass., are open and selling plants. Shop Tuesdays through Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Historic New England members get 10% off all greenhouse purchases.
