Now celebrating its tenth year, the Prize for Collecting Works on Paper honors a collector or dealer who has saved and shared a collection of historic material that would otherwise have been lost or left unrecognized.

The prize celebrates the vision of Historic New England founder William Sumner Appleton, who recognized the importance of such collections by creating our Library and Archives, which now holds nearly two million records.

This year’s deadline for nominations is Friday, June 14, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.  Submit a nomination online.
