Historic New England appoints new manager of function rentals

Patrick McNamara joins Historic New England staff

McNamara handles the management and marketing of Historic New England’s functions rental business. He is primarily responsible for these activities at the Lyman Estate in Waltham, Mass.; the Codman Estate Carriage House in Lincoln, Mass.; the Eustis Estate in Milton, Mass.; the gardens at Governor John Langdon House in Portsmouth, N.H.; and the grounds at Hamilton House in South Berwick, Maine.

Prior to his appointment as functions manager, McNamara was the editorial director at New England Bride and executive director and general manager at Andover Country Club. He has also held positions at The Copley Plaza, Omni Parker House, Netherland Plaza, and York Harbor Inn. He attended Le Manior aux Quat’Saisons Ecole de Cuisine, Emerson College, and UMass Dartmouth.
