Advertisement for the Enterprise Meat Chopper was originally published in the February 1897 issue of The Puritan. It is illustrated with a drawing of a Puritan woman chopping meat with a knife and an illustration of the meat chopper itself. The copy compares the work of a Puritan housewife to the work of a contemporary housewife who has tools like the Enterprise Meat Chopper at hand. The machines retailed between $1.75 and $2.25.
