Black photograph album embossed with gold lettering " A. E. Bodell." 23 gelatin prints, sepia toned. Accorindg ot Christopher Mondkhouse, curator of the Minneapolis Institute of Art, this building was the home of A. E. Bodell, designed by W. T. Aldrich, with an addtion by H. D. Sleeper. Nine exterior views portray a large wide bulding and its setting with shots of a neo-classical front entrance, front gate, portico, stable and landscaping. 14 interior views show large panelled rooms, furnished iwth chandeliers, mirrors and stylish tables, chairs and sofas.
