Short evening cape constructed from show fabric of black ciselé loop-pile velvet with allover pattern of raised oak leaves, inset with three gores of black velvet; Black velvet fold-down collar and yoke each trimmed with pleated black satin ruffle and large bow; hook and eye closure; hem trimmed with black wool lace ruffle; silk twill lining.
