Description

T-shaped; gussets at top. Brown print on white depicting storming of Bastille; robed female France putting finishing touches to Louis XVI's monument while standing on male oppressor. Female characters "Liberty, Fraternity and Justice" accepting Louis XVI's sword of surrender. Ribbons, wheat shocks and cockades, medals with inscription, spot fleur de lis, floral clumps; white border across head.
