It has a rounded bowl with a thin stemmed handle with a molded decoration of a simple spiral or gillouche tracery. The crest has four castelated towers surmounting a shield-shaped reserve. It encloses an enameled mount of red and white diamond diapered shield with a legend.
Enameled on the handle terminus is: MONACO. The makers mark on the bowl is indecipherable.
