Of circular form, in a cream tone with a fluted rim with gilt edging. The face has a polychrome transfer of the Newbury marsh view and salt hay bales. Above are crossed flags and an inscription, and a black circular reserve enclosing the Newbury town seal.

The back has a two paragraph history of the Newbury flag, and the makers mark: Worldwide Art Studios/a division of/Atlas Crystal Works, Inc./Covington, Tennessee.
