Description

Vertical sampler on cream linen ground. Monochromatic red lettering. Alphabet at top, verse at bottom. Several crowns are embroidered in the lower half. Alphabets: #1 complete, double letters (AA,BB...), U&V reversed; #2 complete; #3 "A-V". Numbers: "1-11". Stitches used: satin stitch.
