No center back seam; sole has narrow waist; no heel; white leather & linen lining; toe embroidered w/ white chain stitch w/ cutwork backed w/ purple; floral medallion.

Walk Right In 11/98-3/99 A popular style of boudoir slipper was made from brightly colored silks and bronze leather, named for its reddish sheen which is produced by a special dye made from cochineal beetle carcasses.
