Design drawing titled "Hall 1st Floor" rendered in pencil. Front views of a large settle, side chair, chest on stand and table are shown. All pieces are in a coordinating Renaissance Revival style. Settle, chest and table are oversized in scale and feature carved gadrooning on top edges; carved geometric moldings; foliate scroll carving on panels; arm supports and legs in the form of large turned fluted balusters topped with carved acanthus leaves; and bun feet. Side chair has similar gadrooning, moldings and foliate scroll carving as well as an upholstered seat and back panel, straight rear legs, and tapered feet in front with casters. Title and "#32" are handwritten on drawing. Stamped on drawing is "To Be Returned To / A. H. Davenport, / 96 Washington Streeet, Boston. / Victor Charmois / Oscar A. Norman / Designers."
