Black-and-white photograph of three side chairs. The first, a Neoclassical-style klismos side chair, has a rectangular crest rail with carved ends having cut out double scrolls; lower rail with two carved volutes on either side of round medallion; molded curvilinear stiles flowing into seat rails and legs; upholstered slip seat; reeded front seat rail; and four saber legs. The next, also a Neoclassical-style side chair, has a rectangular crest rail over square stiles; pierced splat with three vertical ribs, two diagonal ribs and central oval cartouche; upholstered seat; straight seat rails; tapered square legs, raked in rear; and spade front feet. The final chair has a curved crest rail; square stiles extending into raked rear legs; a caned back panel; caned D-shaped seat; straight seat rails with carved rosettes at front corners; and reeded round front legs with cuffed cylindrical feet. Handwritten notes on page include wood types and A. H. Davenport Co. detail numbers "460," "220" and "272."
