An illustration of the John Hancock Memorial, to be placed in Doric Hall in the State House, April 1915, is shown in the program. The presentation of the Knox Trophy and Medals given by the Society is included in the program. The lyrics to the "Star Spangled Banner" and "America" are printed on the last page. The Society seal is printed on the front cover.
