Box containing 64 black-and-white photographs, some of which are mounted on cardboard or heavy paper. Photographs are of a variety of furnishings manufactured by A. H. Davenport Co., Irving and Casson, and their successor, Irving and Casson - A. H. Davenport Co. Types of furniture depicted include: tables, desks, servers, sideboards, beds, chests and bureaus, night stands, arm chairs, side chairs, and bookcases. Room interiors are also presented and one photograph depicts the exterior of the Irving and Casson - A. H. Davenport factory in Cambridge, MA. The order number and year are often noted; model numbers are also provided in a few cases. Several customer names are noted on photographs; additional customers have been determined by crossreferencing model and order information with that of other photographs in the collection. Known customers include: Aetna Life Insurance Co. (Hartford, CT); Charles Albert Coffin (Locust Valley, NY); F. W. Crehore (Brookline, MA); Mrs. A. E.
