Chippendale-style side chair has shaped crest with elaborate foliate carving at center and foliate carved ears; pierced splat with Gothic tracery pattern; trapezoidal seat with over-the-rail upholstery and single row of metal tacks along edges; square legs which are raked in back; straight square front legs with extensive carving; H-stretchers and rear stretcher; and C-scroll front brackets.
