Description

Design drawing titled "Writing Table of Mahogany & White Mahogany" rendered in pencil on trace. Front and side views are shown. Writing table has rectangular overhanging top with molded edge; shallow apron having two drawers with round pulls; two carved tapered octagonal columnar legs; trestle-style base with four low curved legs with carved scrolls at top and and casters; and white mahogany branch veneer on drawer fronts, legs and apron. On center of table top is a compartment for paper or other supples. Title, design notes, "3687" and "H. L. Pratt 50128 / C. C. Walker 4772 detail a little different" are handwritten on drawing.
