Verse and Alphabet Sampler; horizontal, rectangular, natural linen ground; oblong oval embroidered upper center, surrounded by large scale floral embroidery; encircles alphabets and verse; Pastoral scene below with animals and one man fishing. Ploychromatic; short and long satin stitch, satin stitch, cross stitch, other. Alphabets: #1 "A-Y", #2 "A-L".
