Description

Partial roll of reproduction wallpaper in the "Enoch Frye" pattern by Katzenbach & Warren. Paper has an all-over stylized Neo-classical pattern of scrolls, medallions and rosettes. Roller-printed in cream on a dark green ground. Paper is based on an American block-printed wallpaper dating from 1790-1810 that was found in the Enoch Frye house in North Andover, MA. Pattern was also reproduced by Waterhouse Wallhangings, Inc, in the 1970s.
