Description

Rolled fragment of embossed wallpaper from the Chellis Estate, Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts. Pattern of large stylized flowering vine. The pedals, leaves and stems are printed and embossed with a variety of geometric patterns. The background areas of the pattern are embossed with a ribbed texture. Block-printed in metallic gold, white, gray and two greens on green ground.
