Half-length portrait of Allen Penfield Harwood. The young man has dark hair and blue-gray eyes. He is seated and wearing a white shirt with a black coat, waistcoat, and neck cloth. He has a small gold brooch with a portrait of an unknown man pinned to the center of his shirt. Oil on panel. Not framed.
