Description

Alterations and additions to Arthur Perry's Classival Revival townhouse at 10 Marlborough Street in Boston.

Set includes foundation plan; plans and framing plans for the basement, main entrance, first, second, third, and fourth floors and roof; front and rear elevations; sections of east and west party walls; granite plan for the front of the house; and steel work elevation.

Also included are various elevations for the library. vestibule, halls, reception room, den, dining room, and mantels; plans and elevations for the pantry and servants dining room; plans and elevations for the first floor serving room and wardrobes on the second and third floors; details of the refrigerator and ice chest; plan and elevations of the glazed roof enclosure; plan and section of the granite curb for the front yard; details for the first floor serving room; and a plan, elevation and detail of the fence.
