Portrait of a Mrs. G.W. Pratt (1817-1887) a popular actress who settled in Boston, in fancy dress, lace hair ornament and holding a wild rose. Previously misidentified as Mrs. James R. Vincent, an actress in Boston. Similar to a daguerreotype held by the MFA. Gift of Mrs. Charles Harrington.
