Description

White clay body w/ blue pearled glaze. Bulbous body tapering to an indented base w/ molded line banding and circular foot. Cylindrical neck w/ circular mouth. Strap handle at back S-shaped spout. High domed lid w/ button knop. Small rim surmounting flange ring. Underglaze of cobalt blue painted decoration in the Chinese manner. Crosshatch border bands at rim. Large central floral motif w/ small random sprigs throughout.
