Eight-day mantel clock; rectangular rosewood-veneered case; platform base; two-paneled door, with glass panes; silver-colored metal mushroom knob; lower panel covers works; eglomise and reverse painting on glass image of a bird on a branch painted on lower panel; glass pane above exposes clock face with Roman numerals around the dial, enclosing the maker's name painted metal face and hands;
