Brass commemorative badge attached to manufacturer's card in brown box. Badge composed of a rectangular pin labled "Committee," blue gros-grain ribbon. Brass medallion. Medallion front has idealized scene of Boston's State House over three mountains and a colonial meetinghouse. Front and back inscriptions. Card has manufacturer's information. Box has donor's mailing address and postage.
