Description

"Apple Mary" sells her fruit to an unidentified man at the edge of the Boston Common at the intersection of Boylston and Charles Streets. The Edwin M. Thayer grocery store is in the background on the left at 75 Boylston Street. The center and right portion of the image is the Boston and Providence Railroad Station.
