In the central scene Boston can be seen from Donald McKay's shipyard in East Boston surrounded by 12 small views of various historic sites: Bunker Hill Monument, Boston & Maine Depot, Revere House, Hancock House, Boston Common, City Hall, Custom House, Old State House, Tremont Row, Park Street Church, State House and Fitchburg Depot. It is engraved by J. Poppel, Munich, Bavaria. C.D. Andrews is the printer. It is designed and published by Fr. Goth.
