Description

Antiqued bronze badge with a deep red ribbon that attaches the badge to the plate. The plate has a decorative vine pattern. The ribbon has gold ebossment on it. The badge is a upside down pentagon shape and has a man sitting on a chair on top of a H. Also on the medal is the fleur-di-le and 1931.
