Camel colored canvas women's riding jacket of approximately mid-thigh length. The style of the jacket is masculine with triangularly notched lapels and three buttons down the left side for closure. The long sleeves have a decorative seam formed by a point aimed toward the shoulder. The breast area has similar decorative stitching with the point facing downward. From the point there is a strip of the same fabric sewn on vertically extending down to the bottom on both sides and has a break in the stitching to form belt loops on both strips. Both sides have square pockets with triangular flap closures with buttons on both hips. There were two belts present, one short in the loops with no closure mechanisms and other of the same camel colored fabric was in the left pocket and it has two buttons and button holes. The back has a vertical center seam and a decorative horizontal seam with the curved points facing downward. Identical to the front, there are vertical strips of fabric sewn on from the points to the bottom of the jacket with breaks in the stitching at the waistline for belt loops. There are two more seams extending from the back of the armpits, curving inward to tailor the jacket, and ending at the bottom. The back of the sleeves show a straight cuff at the bottom. The two dies seams which run through the pockets show evidence of being let out at some point. The interior of the jacket is unlined.
