Blue and white leaf patterned calf-length women's dress with three-fourths length sleeves. The sleeves are adorned with a blue fin-shaped flap of pleated fabric and a stitched on tab of leaf patterned fabric along the edge of the fin-shaped flap. The shoulders have three darts on each side. The neckline is v-shaped with a leaf patterned insert that snaps on the left side and squares the neckline off. The insert is attached on the right side of the neckline. Down the outside of the v-neck is a blue pleated fin-shaped flap running from the top of the dress to the waistline. There is a dart on each side of the bust line. There is a straight waist seam with pleats for the top of the dress. A belt in matching fabric goes around the waist and attaches in front with a snap closure. There is a piece of fabric, which is sewn on and runs from the shoulder down the neckline, past the waist, and ends in a point at the hips. From the point, another wider panel of fabric is sewn in, creating two seams, which end in two pleats halfway down the skirt. The back of the sleeves show the blue fin-shaped flaps. From the shoulders there are seams on each side running down the middle of the dress, which creates a center panel that ends in a point beneath the waistline. The belt is attached to either side of this center panel. There is an opening on the left side with four snap closures. Below the point of the upper central panel is a lower center panel which creates two more seams that extend to the bottom hem of the skirt. There are two pleats at the hips over these seams.
