Round basket made from ash splints and sweetgrass. Splint sides are dyed orange and woven in a flattened diamond pattern. The base and the lip of the body are formed from braided sweetgrass, as is the lip of the lid. The inner portion of the lid is formed from dyed ash spints. This basket is of Native American manufacture, most likely for the tourist souvenir trade.
