Little, Tristram, 1784-1872
Tristram Little was born in 1784 and died in 1872. He married Sarah Little (1790-1863). Mr. Little was a farmer by occupation, and lived in Newbury. He was possessed of much mechanical ability, and was the inventor of what is known as the Centennial Seed Sower, which obtained a premimum at Philadelphia in 1876, and of various other ingenious machines.
