Description

Armorial porcelain dinner plate with painted polychrome decoration consisting of a central four lobed medallion with a scene of a building next to a body of water, rim features two panels with harbor scenes, a splayed eagle with a black bird on its chest, and a coat-of-arms with a shield with three red crescents and a bird within a gold foliate scroll border.
