Black taffeta; pleated at waist; 2 front puffed pockets gathered at top edge w/ applied blue-green silk bow. Piping at waistband & pockets; ruffle edged in blue along edge; black taffeta ruching edged in blue bordering ruffle along sides & bottom. Applied bow w/ long, wide extensions, edged in blue at back waistband; 2 hook & eye closure at back waist.
