Short sleeves of ruched tulle oversilk; slightly pointed waist edged with pleated velvet; lined with black silk twill; boned darts & seams. Black grosgrain inner waistband; drawstring at neck. B=Skirt - Two vertical bands of beadwork in front to knee; chenille fringe looped between beadwork & forming border above hem; slight train. Vertical tucks at waist on sides; hook & eye clsoure in back above two deep pleats; fully lined in black taffeta.
