Description

Of colorless lead glass, it has a square body with cut hobnail and octagonal pattern on the bottom and chamfered sides. The shoulders are faceted to appear rounded. The lip is covered with a brass collar, and hinged to a lid collar mount, which has incised scrolls. The glass lid has faceted sides with the same cut motif as the base. The inside of the inkwell is rounded.
