Description

Drum-shaped wood form with feather and geometric-patterned carving at top and bottom; sides covered with flame-patterned polychrome needlework on a hemp-like foundation; needlework is fastened to sides with yellow woven ribbon and tacks; the top has leather hinged "U" shaped cover at center which is carved with a 6-petal device.
