Eustis Estate and Gropius House reopen for tours on July 11

Jul 2, 2020

On July 11, Historic New England reopens two of its historic sites in Massachusetts, as the Eustis Estate in Milton and Gropius House in Lincoln begin offering tours on Saturdays and Sundays.

Each tour is limited to four guests at Gropius House and six guests at the Eustis Estate. We have revised tour routes and implemented new requirements for the safety of our staff and visitors. For the time being, both sites are open Saturdays and Sundays only, with tours at 11:00 a.m., noon, 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., and 3:00 p.m.

Tickets must be purchased online in advance. There will be no tickets purchased at the sites. See below for links to online tickets.

We can’t wait to see you (but please tour safely)

In compliance with CDC, state, and local safety guidelines, face coverings and social distancing are required for all staff and visitors. Hand sanitizer is available. Enhanced cleaning and disinfectant measures are in place. The tour has been altered to maximize social distancing.

Thank you to all our landscape visitors for helping us to maintain a safe environment as we reopened the grounds of many sites during the past month.

Know before you go

Please arrive ten minutes before your scheduled tour time and meet your guide at the front entrance to the museum. The visitor centers are closed. Wear a mask as soon as you get out of your car. Leave all large bags in your car or at home. Maintain at least six feet of distance from other groups. If you are feeling unwell, please call to reschedule.
