Beauport roof complete

After six months, two hundred squares of wood shingles, ten copper roofs, and six brick chimneys, roof work at Beauport, Sleeper-McCann House is finally complete, and passing the test of a difficult winter.

Preservation projects at Beauport continue in 2011, including more window conservation, structural masonry work, and landscape repairs to the east gardens. Stay tuned.  Please consider supporting this and other projects by donating to our Preservation Maintenance Fund.
