Conditions Assessment White Papers
Conditions assessments have always been a part of the management of the properties but a new system was implemented as part of the Preservation Maintenance Fund project initiated in 2009. The property care team reviewed its methodology for determining the preservation needs at the thirty-six historic properties and developed a new systematic approach for determining the needs of the properties as well as monitoring existing conditions.
