Historic New England special events are a wonderful way to meet like-minded people and come together in support of the worthy causes of historic preservation, education, and advocacy.
Past Historic New England special events:
- an exclusive reception at the Park Street Armory in celebration of the Historic New England loan exhibition at the prestigious Winter Antiques Show in New York
- the 2011 Historic New England gala with guest of honor Bunny Williams, held at the Fairmont Copley Plaza
- lectures by such scholars as historian Pauline C. Metcalf and author Beverly K. Brandt
- a sunset sail aboard the schooner Thomas E. Lannon recreating the McCann family’s first glimpse of magnificent Beauport from Gloucester Harbor
