Wallpaper Sample
The colors chosen by Rantoul and the Phillips family were neutral in tone. This wallpaper sample was saved by Betty Phillips when she turned 34 Chestnut Street into a museum after Stevie’s death in 1971. Many of her changes are evident through the house.
