Staff and Pierce Arrow
The Phillips family was made up of Stephen Willard, his wife Anna, and their son Stevie. The family also had three domestic staff living here at the house in 1919: Delia Cawley, Bridget Durbin, and Caddy Shaughnessy. Patrick O’Hara, the family’s chauffeur, and Cornelius “Con” Flynn, their handyman and gardener, lived away from 34 Chestnut Street.
