Place setting
The table is set with the raspberry and gold Limoges. Rantoul installed a small button near the head of the table so that Stephen Willard could summon Delia, the family’s first floor maid and waitress, when it was time to clear or bring out the next course. Dinner was typically five courses: soup, fish, meat, vegetable, dessert.
