Parlor piano
Anna came from a wealthy family herself and because of her proper upbringing, she was exposed to the arts. She studied French, opera, and the great works of art and literature. She was a travel enthusiast and visited places such as Madrid, Vienna, Paris, Rome, London, and San Francisco. She could play the piano and would often play for her guests in the parlor. She also shared her love of opera by having a Victrola in the parlor as well. An efficient woman, Anna recorded an inventory of 152 records by 1912.
